Busyminds are always Happy!! isnt it?

As far as my experiences in life shows "Busy minds are always Happy"
Here the point comes what is busymind? is it that ur mind is always involved in some thinking process? if so, then what is it thinking about? for me, the mind thinking always is not the busy mind!

Think positive but be aware of the other side too!!
Be involved ...Be Involved ...but in a positive activity !!

so...be busy !! be Happy !!
sleep busy, sit busy, enjoy nature busy, i mean keep involved !!
